The installation will be taken care of by our trained engineers and full-service cover (including parts) is included with every purchase, lease or rental. Should your machine break down, our internal Technical Support team are on hand every Monday and Saturday to help diagnose and fix the issue over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone we will send a UK-based engineer to fix the issue on-site — free of charge.
All Tchibo machines are covered under warranty for the duration of the contract, including parts and labour. Training on how to monitor, care for and use the machine will also be provided (if required). Extra training sessions can be booked with us if you have a substantial number of staff.
