This week is National Cocktail Week so what better time to add some new and exciting cocktail recipes to your drinks menu ahead of the festive season.
We’ve got several recipes to try that will hit the spot with any discerning coffee and cocktail lover, all made using cocktail staples and ingredients from our Espresso Warehouse range.
Which ones do you think will prove popular with your guests?
Espresso Martini
The infamous Espresso Martini. This one is easy to make and incredibly popular all year round!
Add a shot of espresso, shot of vodka and shot of coffee liqueur (try Kahlúa) to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well to get a good layer of foam on the drink. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. You could also mix this up by adding a pump of Caramel, Vanilla or Hazelnut Da Vinci syrup for a touch of extra sweetness.

Iced Citrus Americano Cocktail
The Iced Citrus Americano is cool and deliciously fruity. The added kick of the orange liqueur makes it the perfect choice for an autumnal evening.
Add some ice to an 8oz glass. Separately, brew a single espresso and top up with cold water to cool. Add 1 pump of orange liqueur to the glass of ice and pour in the espresso. Top it all up with sparkling water and garnish with orange peel or a slice of orange.

Coconut & Mango Frozen Daiquiri
Give your guests a taste of the Caribbean with this fruity cocktail. This one is not a coffee cocktail, but all the ingredients can be found in the Espresso Warehouse catalogue.
Fill a glass ¾ full with ice, a dash of water and add some Da Vinci Coconut smoothie mix until the glass is 2/3 full. Add a shot of light rum (coconut rum like Malibu works well in this one) and a squeeze of lime. Pour the contents into a blender and blend until slushie consistency. Top the glass up with Da Vinci Mango smoothie mix.
For an even more impressive serve, whip up the coconut smoothie mix to a thick, whipped cream consistency and top the drink.

Goji Berry & Pomegranate Cup
This one takes a little prep beforehand, but it’s super quick to serve when the bar is busy. It’s a delicious and fruity choice for a reminder of summertime.
Steep Suki Tea Goji Berry & Pomegranate in cold water for 24-48 hours before service. Then all you need to do is pour this into a glass with a shot of gin and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
For an extra special serve, freeze some ice cubes with the garnishes inside.

Spiced Chai and Orange Espresso Tonic
The spiced chai and orange liqueur make this one a great addition to a festive cocktail menu!
Fill 12oz cup with ice and add tonic water until the glass is 3/4 full. Add two shots of espresso, one pump of DaVinci Spiced Chai Syrup, one shot of Orange Liqueur and slowly pour over ice and stir. Garnish the glass with a twisted piece of orange peel.

Treat your guests to a sophisticated and original cocktail by adding these to your menu this National Cocktail Week and beyond. Which ones will you be trying?
